Anxiety, depression, overthinking, burnout — these patterns can feel impossible to shift on your own, especially when you're already managing so much on the outside.
In our sessions, we'll work together to understand what's driving these patterns and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control. I draw on CBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and an eclectic approach — tailoring each session to what actually fits you, not a one-size-fits-all method.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions — relationship changes, career shifts, parenting challenges, divorce, and uncertainty about what's next.
Sessions are 50 minutes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation before we begin. I provide superbills for clients using out-of-network benefits — many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% of session costs.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process past experiences that still feel emotionally "stuck" — reducing their intensity so they no longer drive anxiety, stress, or difficult patterns in the present.
Many people find that their anxiety or depression is connected to earlier experiences they haven't fully processed. EMDR works by using bilateral stimulation — typically guided eye movements — while focusing on specific memories or feelings. Over time, the emotional charge connected to those experiences decreases significantly.
EMDR can be especially effective for anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress responses that haven't fully resolved with talk therapy alone. It's a structured process, but one we move through collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you.
