Using modalities such as CBT, MBCT (Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy), and EMDR, we'll work to understand what's driving these patterns and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded — in real life, not just in session.

EMDR is particularly effective for processing past experiences that keep showing up as anxiety or stress responses in the present.
